BIPOLAR ( NOS)

Bipolar not other specified disorderBipolar ( N O S) which is short for “not other specified.” Like bipolar1 and 2 and cyclothymiacs disorder experience episodes of mania or depression. These episodes do not have the intensity or duration of bipolar 1 or 2 or cyclothymiacs disorder your psychiatrist may put you into this category because you do not meet the qualifications of bipolar 1 or 2 or cyclothymiacs disorder. You may experience long-term episodes of depression or low levels of depression. You may also have “mixed state’” of hypomania and depression at the same time. You may also have hypomania spells without the depression. It is also possible that you could have changes in moods a full-blown state of mania or depression. These symptoms may come and go at a rate that is disqualifies them from fitting into the other three categories bipolar N O S becomes a greater problem when you have a maniac or cyclothymiacs episode schizophrenic psychotic disorder. Bipolar N O S may also be considered to be delusional disorder. Bipolar N O S may also be considered to be delusional disorder. This is recognized by you having delusional thoughts psychosis hallucinations.
